About the event
We will cover body balancing, upright laboring positions and various movements to open the pelvis. Bring your own mat or blanket. We will provide birth balls and peanut balls.
This donation-based event is hosted by Keesha and Courtney who are both working Birth and Postpartum Doulas in NYC.
