Childbirth Education Consultation

Service Description

Childbirth Education is how we reclaim birth. The more knowledge and awareness we have, the more we can advocate for ourselves. Birth is sacred and it’s important to have a team you trust around you. We will cover topics such as stages of labor, comfort measures during labor, nutrition, grounding practices, advocacy role-play scenarios, and how to use the breath as your number one tool. I offer one on one and small group sessions. It is never too early to start learning about how to navigate all of the changes that birth brings.
